During the summer months and well into the fall, nearly all the vegetables and a significant amount of the fruit we consume we grow ourselves. Beyond that at any time of the year there is seldom a day that passes that the garden doesn’t still contribute to meals.
It is like insultation from food inflation, saving thousands from our food bill annually.
