1909 Culinary Academy is hosting a Summer Canning Series as part of their Preserving: It's in our Roots program on July 31st in Ayr, Ontario. Two classic recipes we will be preserving are Inferno Wine Jelly and Pick-a-Vegetable to Pickle. Each guest will leave with a jar of each recipe.
