1909 Culinary Academy is hosting a Summer Canning Series as part of their Preserving: It's in our Roots program on August 7th in Ayr, Ontario. Two classic recipes we will be preserving are Zesty Pizza sauce and Crushed Tomatoes. Each guest will leave with a jar of each recipe.
