PVC pipe, a tool? It is a bit out there like coffee filters and mason jars but if you are a gardener rich in old PVC pipe you will appreciate this post.
A colleague at work passed on the idea of using PVC pipe to build frames for row covers and table gardens. They can be cut and fit together to form the corner posts and roof trusses to put over a table garden.
Or if the PVC pipe you have in your collection is small enough gauge/diameter, it may be curved and secured in the ground over a row crop to secure a row cover.
You can even use it to plant in and distribute was to plants.
Not sure how economic or environmental it is to use virgin PVC – best to upcycle rather than buy new!
