About mid to late summer, I notice that my pruners just don’t bite like they did.
A sign it is time to sharpen them. There are some cool systems out there for sharpening curved edge, off-set pruners and loppers.
In my case with a shed full of cool tools, I am using what is on-hand. I inspected the blade and determined that a file would suffice.
There were minor knicks in a couple of spots only so a electric grinder would be over-kill.
