Supporting local Canadian farms doesn’t get much more exciting then when maple sap is flowing in the spring. Enjoy maple taffy on snow, maple butter on toast or bagels, maple syrup on pancakes, waffles, crepes, ice cream, rice pudding.
According to statistics Canada, Quebec accounts for 90% of Canada’s maple syrup production, followed by New Brunswick, Ontario, and Nova Scotia.
