New Holland has added two new models to its PowerStar utility tractor series.
The PowerStar Electro Command tractors are rated at 110 and 120 horsepower, and have PTO horsepower of 85 and 99, respectively.
One update operators will notice inside the cab is the electronic mid-mounted remote.
“This is actually your shift functions for your semi powershift transmission,” said Alex Berwager, livestock and dairy business manager with New Holland North America. “You have 16 gears total. Eight in the A/B range and another eight in the C and D range.”
The transmission also allows for clutch-free shifting with ranges.
Acreage owners, livestock, hay, or dairy producers can benefit from the tractor’s increased lift capabilities.
“We have a new lift capacity of 10,000 pounds (4,535 kg), which is almost two times (more than) the competition in this sized tractor,” Berwager said.
Overall, the tractor’s construction supports operator comfort.
The cab-only tractor includes a suspended front suspension, a suspended seat and cab suspension, Berwager said.
These features can increase operator comfort by about 25 per cent compared to cabs without suspension.
In addition, a new high-visibility roof panel and panoramic front screen provide clear sightlines of the work ahead.
New Holland is also including fleet monitoring on these new units.
FieldOps is standard on the Electro Command model year 2026.
The included base package provides real-time location, engine performance monitoring, and fuel and DEF level tracking.
An available upgrade gives operators deeper analytics like fault code and supports remote operation.
